Pantyffynnon Communities First has organised a day packed full of free activities at Ammanford Pensioners Hall between 10.30am and 3pm.
As well as pampering sessions throughout the day, special workshops have been arranged in jewellery making, between 11am and 1pm, and flower arranging, between 2pm and 3pm
